Dr Ann Winsper, BSc (Hons), PhD is a Medication Systems Manager and Registered Pharmacy Technician in the NHS. Outside of this she has been investigating spontaneous anomalous phenomena for over 45 years. Ann has been a member of the SPR since 2006 and was invited to join the Council in 2023.
