From 9th October, 100% of fees will be non-refundable.

LIABILITY
The SPR accepts no liability for any loss, injury or death suffered by the Client or any of his/her party or any other person visiting the Venue in connection with the Client's reservation where caused or contributed to by such persons. The client hereby agrees to indemnify the SPR in respect of such liability.
The SPR will accept no responsibility or liability for articles or property left, lost, stolen or damaged on the premises.
Where car parking facilities are provided by the Venue, the Venue will accept no responsibility or liability for any damage to vehicles and/or property of delegates, staff or visitors of the Client.
