Currently, this is not the case, so in this study day, representatives from each of these branches will consider how this situation can be improved and what sort of scientific paradigm shift is required to accommodate psi. There will also be a tribute to the late John Smythies, who edited an influential book Science and ESP on the same theme and who advocated a higher dimensional space for mind and psi, a notion which may be supported both by modern physics and NDE reports. The day will end with a general discussion and audience participation.
